Learning to Run

I have always wanted to be one of those people who go for a run a few times a week and seem to be fit and healthy and naturally thin. Unfortunately running didn't come naturally to me, I was always the girl at the back of the class when you had to do cross country at school. And for my adult life so far I have tried to get fit, lose weight and learn to run. Well I now have to step up this journey because I entered the London Marathon 2016.

So this blog will demonstrate my journey from not being able to even run a mile to hopefully running a marathon. This blog will also aim to tell you about the mistakes that I am sure to make and the lessons that I learn along the way.
